2 oz Stranahan's Blue Peak
1 oz Chai-infused sweet vermouth
.25 oz Maraschino liqueur
1 dash Angostura bitters
Pour Stranahan’s Blue Peak, chai-infused vermouth, maraschino liqueur and add bitters into a shaker and stir gently. Strain into a coupe and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
