A cocktail as layered and unique as the mountain range it’s named after, our Rocky Mountain Swirl is a perfect balance of richness and sweet.
Serving Size
1.5 oz Blue Peak
.5 oz Banana Cognac
.25 black cinnamon sugar simple syrup
.25 ginger liquor
2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Add all ingredients to mixing glass and stir to 20% dilution. Strain over big cube with a candied ginger and candied banana.
