In 2020, Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey will be hosting a series of whiskey paired dinners inside our distillery with local culinary partners throughout the year.

Our first dinner of the 2020 series will be held on Friday, March 13th. Stranahan’s is partnering with Blackbelly Market of Boulder, CO to kick off this exclusive culinary experience. Blackbelly, owned by renowned Chef Hosea Rosenberg (champion of Bravo’s Top Chef Season 5), sources only the finest meats from local ranchers and produce that is farmed primarily within just a few miles of it’s location in Boulder. These attributes parallel Stranahan’s small batch style of American Single Malt Whiskey with Colorado roots and is a perfect match for what is sure to be a very special event. Join us at 6:30pm for an unforgettable evening including live jazz music to compliment this intimate setting. We will begin with charcuterie and a welcome cocktail in our Visitor Center followed by a 3-course family-style dinner on the Stranahan’s distillery floor at 7pm. You can view the MENU HERE (dietary restrictions will be available upon request after ticket purchase)! Each course will be paired with a seasonal Stranahan’s whiskey cocktail as Stranahan’s Head Mixologist, Lucas Townsend, and a chef from Blackbelly share their inspiration behind the pairing.

As a bonus, we’ll be sharing a toast of our rare Snowflake whiskey with all guests to wrap up the dinner so be sure to stick around to the end!

Tickets are available for $90 per guest for the full experience, exclusive of service fees and gratuity.

Parking is limited so guests are encouraged to utilize ride-share services.

Three Course Family- Style Menu

Local Organic Greens with shaved farm vegetables, sourdough croutons, sherry vinaigrette

Roasted Pork Tenderloin with creamed spinach, roasted fingerling potatoes, pear butter

Olive Oil Cake with whipped chocolate ganache
