THE STORY
The Añejo Cask is an American Single Malt crafted from a marriage of six to nine-year-old whiskey, with up to two and a half years spent in casks that previously held the finest extra añejo tequila, the prized Reserva de Familia blended from José Cuervo family reserves.
TASTING NOTES
Peppery and floral aromas evolve into an herbal and salted caramel flavor on the palate with a mellow oak backbone. The creamy malt finish fades into a light agave sugar.

THE STORY
Our Caribbean Rum Cask is a marriage of 5 to 9 year-old whiskey. After an initial maturation in char #3 American Oak barrels, our single malt is transferred into Caribbean rum barrels where it is finished for up to 3 years. This unique cask finish enlivens the liquid and adds a new, layered flavor profile to our whiskey.
TASTING NOTES
The Caribbean Rum barrels impart a nose of dried apricot and crème brûlée to the whiskey, and brings tropical fruit notes to the palate among a lingering brown sugar backdrop. The flavor transforms to a darker candied fruit and butterscotch finish.

THE STORY
An American Single Malt whose flavors transcend geography. After being aged in American oak barrels for 4 years, we finished the whiskey in Bushmills Irish single malt barrels for more than 3 years, providing a unique and complex profile. Founded in 1608, Bushmills helped lay the groundwork for the famed Irish whisky category, which complements our American Single Malt well enough to make an Irishman blush.
TASTING NOTES
A generous nose of the classic Irish whisky cereal sweetness blends with butterscotch and well-oiled leather, which expands to a buttery palate of earthy grain flavors with hints of toffee. The flavors remain through the light, but long, finish.
